Prof. Dr. Musa ALCI

Prof. Dr. Musa Alcı, born in 1967 in the Kiraz district of İzmir, completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He earned his PhD from the Institute of Science and Technology at Sakarya University. Joining Ege University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Division of Circuits and Systems, Prof. Dr. Alcı was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2000, promoted to Associate Professor in 2010, and attained the rank of Full Professor in 2016.

Between 2017 and 2020, Prof. Dr. Musa Alcı served as the Head of the Department at Ege University Faculty of Engineering. His academic work encompasses research in System Diagnostics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Learning and Pattern Recognition, Simulation, Modeling and Identification, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Fuzzy Sets and Systems, System Dynamics and Control, as well as broader fields of engineering and technology.

Prof. Dr. Musa Alcı is married and has two children.
