Prof Dr. Engin Berber who is  one of the 28 social scientists the students of International Relations would like to listen to, gave a speech "Turkish Modernization from Ottoman Times" in "1st National Youth Academia" meetings in DoÄŸuÅŸ University, Ä°stanbul. He respresented our university successfully.
